    The first time I tasted Hemp Hearts, my tongue began to dance. I was somewhat reluctant, but I am so glad that I took a chance on them. I eat three to four teaspoons each morning and I love the energy that I have. It’s a great way to start the day. They have a light nutty flavor. Once you try them, you can’t stop eating them!

    I sprinkle them on everything, eggs, meat, salads. The taste is so mild that you hardly taste them. However, my brother likes them as a pick-me-up while working outside and eats them like sunflower seeds. Great in smoothies, too. I can tell a difference in the way that I feel. Not nearly as tired.
